I haven't been in a guild game that no1 was sniping so explain to me how its bm to do what has been done in all 36 runs ive done in this guild

I refuse to sit in a cata and watch all the items get picked up by every1 else in the game...you should grab items too...no1 has an advantage over you!!!!

Then you obviously haven't been in a guild only run(without andy in it). Andy does snipe but he sends all the drops he gets to whomever wants them. He snipes just to do it and not to actually get anything. There is a huge difference. You and the others were asked to not snipe eps, yet you continually did it. It's bullshit and bad mannered, it was a guild only run, there is no need to snipe. If nothing was said in game about the sniping then it's np. Something was said...repeatedly. Yet you and the others kept sniping. Good teamwork there. Screw everyone else in the run and just look out for yourself...great team concept.

I didn't start sniping because I refuse to lower my standards in that way. I'm more then happy to snipe a non guild only game or try to compete with andy, iron mike, or eric when in a game. The difference there is rather simple. No one that is sniping will keep the items if someone else needs or wants them. You and the others were sniping for your own benefit and not for the benefit of the team. There is no point in playing with guild members if they are just going to act like a bunch of randoms and "steal" all the drops. In non guild only games, that's expected and you snipe back if you want items. In a guild only game it's rude, bad mannered and is a total lack of respect for your team members. If picking up a lvl 30 white is more important to you then the respect of your guildees then take the item.

As far as keeping this out of the guild chat goes. Don't do something if you don't want others to know about it. What you(and the others) did was pretty low and undermines the principles which labby was built on. My original post would have simply been looked over because this topic is mostly spam anyways. By tomarrow nobody will even remember what I posted.

Lvl 5 game open,

I may be a newb but I will attest to what HoR_Rahl is saying here!
I have been in a few Hardcore Guild Only Cata Games and....
although there is a Contest to see who can pick up the drops fastest and still keep fighting there is also the understanding that if someone needs whatever the drop its theres no questions asked. We played as a TEAM everytime No Need in worring on who get s the drops since there a shared item when and if needed.
That just my Opinion
