I believe it could be my video card going out, cause I know the monitor works. It worked fine on the other comps in this house.

You guys think it's the video card too?

It worked fine for years. It started to do this slowly, like last year it'd turn off every now and again, but worked perfectly after that. Now it just stopped even trying...
