Once this guy passes one mq, it resets the season

you keep all your gear everything just moves to your inventory inclueding the stuff that is on the market and all characters are reset back to 0

he gets 100gp if he resets the ladder

How do you do that?

pass the mq on one of the feeder classes then all of the other classes as you open them up.
