you will do decent with that, mages are always better for welling then mele

also make sure to have a nice heal charm

So i shall have a 55lvl 100ee+ charm + a heal/focused heal charm 55lvl too 100ee+? and can do wells very good with my 32 int dagger and 30int arm?

yep some will be hard though, you can look at what my mage uses. only his charm will be better then what you can afford atm and i do 95% of wells
