i saw wyckalas had 80 vita, which seems a LOT. putting less in str too, and put them all in dex will increase crits considerably, and will increase overall killing speed. nice side-effect is that dex also protects you against melee-crits you receive

the 30 dex from gear looks ok, although not really impressive if you have 30-50EE items, i think you can do 5 levels nicely, but the next 5 will be a drag.

for my mage I use 100EE items for 10 lvls, and 130+EE items for 15 lvls, and 160EE charm for 20+ lvls

i found that my dex-rogue, even though he's only lvl 12, really needs to have high-dam weaps to kill fast... for him i need to change weaps every 5 lvls to keep going... I tried to do lvl 10-15 with my lvl 5 sword at first, but this is slow, so now bought a lvl 10 sword in the end

You should imho aim @ ~20 dex per item (so 20 on armor, and 20 on charm) as a minimum for lvl 30. At the lower lvls it's not so much a problem to have low adds on your gear, but as you lvl up, the monsters get tougher and you need the better gear to own them...

besides the dex, nice adds are lpk/lpcr when you have a low-dam weapon. If you have a gosu weapon, you'd better swich to life steal items, cause they will give back more life then...
