Thanks Joni. I know the cause. I just plain over worked the muscles.
We had a tornado nearby that made the sewers backup 5-6 ft into my basement.
I spent too many hours over too many days moving and cleaning things and just ignored my body complaining because I "had" to get the job done.
Learned my lesson. It won't happen again. I have gone easy on it a couple days now.
Just hoping the rest with a little minor stretching does the trick, but I had some painful spasms this morning that scared me.
Won't be going to a chiropractor but may get some muscle relaxants if it happens again.
