I know bad, but good for me since its my first charm.
I putd it on Secondary Charm but no extra life. But life steal works.
Also ty Snow for the donations!

accessory slot: in there only %ee on charms work, no other stats will work.
you have to put it in the primary charm slot to get all the attributes to work.
