Cant remember offhand, I have several mules (dagger/axe/swords/staves/ice charms) that I keep every single tier from 5 and up. When I find magicals of any tier, i send it to that mule and mute them. Thats what happened with that Ice after my mage welled it.

No, not going to, it has now become my new MQ charm. Its damage was better than my 133% EE lvl 50 Ice, and my 137% EE lvl 55 Ice. I gave those both to Mandy for her mage. Now I'll just keep muting lvl 55 Ices until I make a 200% + one. Anything else, I'll either give to Mandy or sell.

Good deal, nice to have this chart handy. Im pretty happy that my EE on that charm wasn't too far off from nearly "Perfect". Heal Mastery was pretty nice too, lucky bastard I am Now I can only hope to make a lvl 55 Ice/Dagger just like that.
