Weapons each 10 levels with as high ee as possible like oddy said. If I was you I would invest in heavy armours which you will be able to use till monk with dex/strenght (at low levels adds like life per kill, lately life steal).
Same for charm ( strenght/dex boost or both if you feel like investing a bit more). For armours I´d suggest you buying them for different levels (1 for low and then 1 -2 for higher (best one at level 45-55) so you have higher defense + better stats)

Dont forget life regeneration gear - helps at higher levels, worth investing

Hmmm, I m guessing mates how many waves you can do alone in arena at higher levels?
I do maximum 7 at level 55-60 as rogue caster.

Anyone playing as hybrid caster?

at 30 i do like half lvl then regen and finish lvl i'f i'm lucky
