im looking to get my guild some gps by doing mq
im just wondering what gear i will need for my rogue
1 ee staff
2 str or dex arm
3 dex or str charm
4 ee heal

is this all i need?

Pretty much that...

Dex: 100 minimum - 120 maximum
Str: Rest

So Armor/charm to reach what you require... so if you had 30 dex armor and 30 dex charm for MQ... you would put all stats into Strength from the start.
