sorry about that game

It's my personal preference.
I figure you'll always need at least one tank in a catacombs game, so might as well and try to make sure that there is always one.

Except at lower levels when you solo. I normally solo to ~ 10-15 and you can use a strength or dexterity armor (HEAVY) until level 15 when you'll start needing an EE armor.
HEAVY ARMOR ie. chain mail/plate mail

That actually makes good sense, and I hate having to hide in the middle/back row ^^. Also, higher lvl str armors are very expensive

it was an intense game. we were out goal tended...

Very true.
It's good for every party.
I may not being the one dealing 1000+ damage every hit, but I do a significant amount, and you can't have too many people doing all the damage, because it's just overpowered and hectic.

You need someone to heal, and someone to tank.
