Not quite high enough ee. If it was 30+ it would be worth a few fg, but 12% is pretty low.

Use this chart, it shows the max levels per tier (also shows max EE per tier) Your item is Tier V (level 10) and max ee for that level is 100.

can be used as a glyph or a mute though, so if he wants probs get literally a small amount, but sucks with new limits lol

not really man, armour your looking for stats or EE, so like str, dex, int or enhanced effect

lifesteal, heal mastery, life per kill/attack are also pretty good mods to have on, but not awesome unless u got any of the others

np man, if you got questions then feel free to drop me a pm, some stats are always good though for glyphs, and if you get decent magic level higher tiers you can sell as mutes and glyphs
