aww man that sucks, we had a 2 hours practice with no conditioning at all :) we got a game tomorrow so I'm be gone like a majority of the afternoon

yea, we did 1/4 of our usual warm up, then we did some core, then some stupid drill and I just stood in like this one spot for the whole thing, and then we scrimaged the JV team, and it was fun because I didn't have to do anything lol. I don't think I sweated at all.
