Hmm i had own guild so i know little about it
My advice will be : there is only sense for guild if You will be able to find some members, and i mean really active and nice people
if You can get some good team guild have sense, without it i dont see any + for being a guild owner, and when You decide to be guild leader count about 5k fg + for some basic adds or even more as start
Guild is about ppl, no point so sit in guild alone like i was in graveyard last 3 month maybe <_<

so think twice when You decide tos pend fg on it

i just plaied poker, 2 tournaments for 1$
ofc i lost AA all in pre floop vs A K ( guy hit straight )
and in other tournament i lost my A K vs A T ( guy hit 1 pair of T )
this so pissed me off, i feel that im better player than those idiots but cant win when im unlucky <_<
