Not alot. For 2 reasons: 1. Its a fire, so its not HH usable (which helps with prices on items) 2. Its a total of 34 stats (i would use this as an axe charm since axes can use both stats equally), and the max single stat roll on a lvl 40 item is 55. Def usable for yourself if you have axes and dont have a charm in that area with more stats.
