GUILD CHALLENGE

So after we bought the guild avatar, I just tossed something up there in a hurry so we could have something. That something later became my avatar. Two things have occurred to me:

1) As an avatar, it looks bad ass.
2) As a guild avatar, it looks stoopid.

So the GA has to go. Now, I could design one myself, but I dont particularly feel like it. So here's your chance to leave your stain...err...mark on the guild. Design something, send it my way, and in a week or so Jason and I will pick one. Limit 3 submissions. We hope everyone sends at least one (unless Dylan sends one like his sig....I can save him some time and tell him it just doesnt work).

Also, ISO some guild suggestions. Here's some of the stuff that went on in BTG--let us know what you'd like to see incorporated, and send some ideas of your own.

We're open to other ideas too. Once I get out from under a mountain of debt, I'll be able to do some more fun things too, like challenges.

Guild-Only Lottery - sounds cool. i can make a program to draw the numbers for you pretty easily.
Nightly MF runs (this requires some work and coordination, but I'm in if you are). - Im down, my mfer is at lvl 49, but i think i can get him lvled in the next day or so.
Rewards programs - meah, I get it, but I think if we have people doing things just for fgs or items then i dont think all the people would be in the guild for the right reasons.

With lotto, we just the first two numbers of a jsp lotto. Much higher chance in winning, and no chance for rigging.

MF runs require 3-4 people to level up to 64 and stop. Once everyone is together, everyone has to meet at an agreed upon time. Jason isn't patient enough most of the tiem to wait around

Rewards program---good point. I can't afford it for a bit anyway, but I was just thinking something along the lines of a "slasher of the month" or something. Just some recognition and a few donations.

Item library--I tried to start this with BTG, but it was always resisted. I think Roy is resurrecting it. Find something that isn't really worth the time it takes to sell it, but good enough where you dont remute it. I'll put it into a vault category, and make a list of what is available to borrow in my profile. When you borrow something, I'll write "out--*dutchmaster_v" next to it.

Speaking of contests, any thoughts on reinstituting a guild-only HC Grind Night?

Everyone starts a new char, and starts climbing at the same time. Using only found gear, first to lvl 15 wins! We can even make it interesting if you want and play for a couple FGs.

how is the guild lottery bein done?

Cant we all have a weekly lottery pot for the JSP lottery? If we win all members who paid split it? Could be cool imo... Guild lottery just within the guild sounds lame imo...

About the MF runs...cant we all make a high lvl mfer? I wanna give that a serious try and if any1 wanna tag along on that it would be awesome...
