ehh it's nice, but 2.5k is too much for non-perf int imo.
14ms is like a 1 in 7 chance to get 1-2 extra casts vs. (maybe?) half the mobs.

very neat, but not worth going crazy over.

secondary mods are never worth the loss of the primary.

simple philosophy that hardly ever fails.

unlike cole who's willing to lose 100 ee for 200 max life

i would lose ee for int in any charm

I loved john's 128 ee / 52 int 45 lite charm, but simply got outclassed by much higher EE

pretty sure that the very high magical modded mutables are just a waste of time, did 5 more arcane tier 3s before leveling and got 3 angelics, a mystical, and a rare out of it. stupid.

hmm..strange, just did 3 arcane tier 4s, and got 1 arcane, 1 mythical, and 1 angelic. significantly better results; maybe i should look into this. but it's probably just 100% random, heh.
