now I know the int is low but has ml and hm to make up for it, my question is do you think it is just as good worse or better then a plain 36 int wpn?

i might be wrong but i think its better then 36 intel weapon ( bob should be able to clear this up)

It really depends on your armor aswell.
If it makes up for the intelligent lost due to the staff, then yes it´s a good weapon.
On the other hand.

It has heal mastery, which means that you might not have the same killing power, but you now have more healing power, so just THAT should make up for it.

So, yeah.. I would test it out for sure, to see if there´s any difference.
