dang i edited my post too late, rex u beat me i think

both ways work, my way opens up a new interface, rex's is faster

i am (was...) using CS3, gonna re-dl it again i think.

still good. a tip: make a new layer, hit CTRL + A to select all, then go to EDIT -->

STROKE.

set a 1 Pixel Inside stroke, color Black. that will add a border around the image. ^_^

edit: wait, you using photoshop or gimp? cant remember

sec, you stroked the layer of cloud, you must have had that layer highlighted. make a new layer above all of your current ones and stroke that layer (sounds awesome lol)

not quite, the outcome will look like this

see the black border? it helps break your signature from JSP's background, making it pop out some.

google photosohp stroke border tutorial, it will show u images on how

im not saying it needs a border, but try it both ways, see which you like better ^_^
