Hey....Still trying to find a job so i can get the internet.
Im gona try to get on l8r and get some slashing done.Not sure how much.
I dont have the gear atm and i dont have the fg for any gear
Im starting to get a lil tierd of ls tho its rly hard to get fg.Plus my life just crashed in like a week.
But im gona try to be online l8r and get a lil slashing done

No it's not back to what it used to be.

Casting is still the same for arena but casting now have a chance to hit all mobs in cata.

Life steal cap on tiers have been lifted but it's still a range. 1-x%

The EE cap on tier is now +20% so you can reach 20% over the tier max. (Unspawn Tier V 130ee can do 120ee or a TierV 100ee with 20 prof can do 120ee) but they still spawn at Tier Max.
