Can someone help me to figure out why my brand new computer with the latest version of IE and Firefox isnt playing LS (I press my log in button to go to char screen and it does nothing then 30 seconds later it says disconnected from server

playing at work or school by any chance? could be blocked on the network? if not disable your firewall for a minute and see if that lets you on.

I have no idea how to do that and no I am at my house.
