And even that is debatable since the xferring started. You can have 7 other level 1 chars with 14 items on each if you just buy a 2 eis. 3eis was just valuable when you could well level 50 items on level 1.

dude i just saw this.... i got 5,555 kills on a lvl 48 char... wtf? how is that possible, i used this char for low lvl welling and didnt rerolll or n e thing
