I got kicked out of school yesterday, most likely going to become much more active here because of that.

Funny and shitty story, my ex broke up with me on Wedsday and then tried getting my ass kicked by abunch of guys but noone really wanted to ( Day Scurred ) so she made up a lie saying that I had cocaine in my locker and a hammer and I was going to fuck some kids up so I had to get locker searched, they didnt find cocaine but they did find a weapon :(

4 months of trying to get into school, two months of busting my ass to get 90's and shit all thrown away because I brought in a weapon the day my ex made up a lie about me. Yay.
I never ever did anything to her either, I always treated her like a angel and she fucking bit me in the ass like that. :(

what was the weapon. as nowadays i think they would consider scissors as a weapon in public schools. and for the ex i say get one of your girl friends to kick her ass daily for a yr straight

I can't get involved in any violance towards her, the cops are watching and shit. Anything that happens to her will be turned to me.

did the school or the police press charges on the said weapon? and why would you have that in school unless you in a metal shop or wood shop class then thats ok u can lie about why you have it

You can appeal it. Yes, you were wrong for bringing a weapon but you felt in danger. I did the same thing in High School. Unfortunatly, I had to use mine. I got off because it was 3 of them vs 1 of me. Only one of them lost though. The other two just walked away while their friend was crumpled on the floor like a beer can.

At least explain your side, if you haven't already.
