You are on the right track, web browser needs to support Adobe Flash.

My android version is 4.1.1 Jelly Bean and it originally didn't run ls. I had to manually install it from Adobe's site I'll see if I can find a link.

E: what android version does your tablet have aime? Theres a difference in the file needed.
