All right, I'm going to speak my piece here. While I am a bit disappointed in those who left the
guild when we needed them most, I will support their decisions, and still consider them to be the closest of
friends here on JSP. It is very sad to see you go, but everyone must do what they think is right.

That being said, I'm sticking it out here in Illuminati. That is what I feel is right. As I told Eric earlier this morning,
I am Illuminati till I retire from JSP completely. This, in my opinion, is one of the best guild on this site, and the bonds
of friendship formed prove that theory. It may be a bit rough at first, but we need to keep moving forward. Let us
look at JSP history for a second. A lot of the top guilds from 1+ years ago had issues as well. I'm sure we remember when
Empire and Intrasiege were the top two guild, constantly battling for that #1 spot. When big slashers quit or left,
the guild fell apart, and are no longer at the top. Another example of this is the guild V. Let us not fall into the pattern of
history; Let's re-write it. Let's remember that we are Illuminati, one of the top guilds, one of the "biggest, and most
respected power-houses in slashing," as Ryans from Disciples put it. This is a bump in the road, as far as I'm concerned.

We are now given an opportunity, with two paths diverging before us - we can either take this loss, and go into a downward spiral,
or we can remember that "Skill is our craftsmanship, Silence is our power." Go hard or go home people. Let's prove to the rest of the
Ladder Slasher community that we're still a power-house, and keep that respect that we have earned.

Again, to those who have departed, it is very sad to see you all go, and your presence and power in this guild will
be missed tremendously, but I hold nothing against any of you. You have only done what you feel is the best choice for you.
I still consider you all very close friends, and will continue to do so. You all have the same respect from me as you did
yesterday, and that respect will infinitely continue. I look forward to talking to you on Vent, if you decide to drop in, and can
not wait to meet you in Catacombs, to run this bitch like we always have.

To Steve, I can honestly not think of anyone more capable or qualified to run this guild. You've done well as an admin in this guild,
and I have no doubts that you will continue to do well as our new owner. I look forward to the future in Illuminati, and sincerely hope that
we continue down the path we've been on all along.

To those who are having a negative attitude about this, and the guild as a whole, please take your negativity elsewhere. If your outlook
on the future of this guild is so bleak, then I would recommend relocating yourself to a guild that you feel has more potential. It's not up to
me to decide what you do, or where you go, but that's how I feel. Sorry if I offend you, but I'm not going to hold back on account of anyone.

Thanks for the great words of wisdom and yur support cam,its very much appreciated, i will be adding more admins to help me within the next day. I hope that no one feels left out on who i choose, cause i cannot make every member a admin.

All i have to say it Wow, Very well put,

This is one of the strongest slashing guilds iv seen, i often wondered what it would be like to be apart of it,

Illuminati is like one big family, you cant stay at home for ever, eventually your gonna wanna spread your wings and go, and whether you find what your looking for or if you return home, you will always have a place to crash

I too have had the misfortune of being part of a powerhouse that fell apart, so I know full well how you and your guildmates feel.

I am sure you will survive this bump in the road -- your guild is made of sterner stuff than most of the others.

Of all the guilds currently ranked in the top 20, Illuminati is the one I have been watching like a hawk -- I foresee great things for you, especially if you can overcome this temporary setback

I am 100% with Cam here. As i've said before yes, we have lost some irreplacable people, but I know that we can all lean on each other in rough times, I know for a fact that I personally will be here until the end, This guild means so much more to me than just a "guild" on an internet forum, this guild has become a family to me, everyone is here to support me when I need it, and I for them, there is no flying chance in hell i am going to give that up, no matter how many crappy things come/go our way.

Now is the time where we all bond together, band-aid each other up as Greg always said, this is where we get tested as a guild, and as a family, and if I know us as well as I think I do, I know we are going to make it out alright.
