Yep as long as they are magical and rare but my success rate is around 40% only ^_^ but oh well. I'd say I will just do Tier 1 Arcane till tier 2 Magical only since I'm still having trouble doing tier 2 rare ^_^

Lol it is P Str at that Lvl since L25 is tier 8 and there is 5 increment for Str starting at 5 ofc ^_^
