40 str and such a nice life bonus on 25 lvl plate
i was checking last days mplace in ls and prices for that kind of armor were quite high
i think i won't lie if i tell 700 fg + or maybe more. Definately make price check topic for it

for me its 700fg + since very good str / life bonus and low lvl req

+2.500 fg is possible? seems exaggerated
