i know this isn't the best, but i have a lvl 14 mage who just shrined an oak staff and a wild heal 2, the staff became
Rare elm staff
Damage: 10 to 27
+175 Max Life
+2% Physical Damage Reduction
and the charm became
Arcane wild heal II
Heals: 3 to 33
Mana Cost: 15
+4 Vitality
+1 Mana Regen
+1 Critical Strike
+1 to 8 Life per Kill
+1% Critical Flux
+1 Jubilance
