Initial observation on proficiency:
from lvl60 to 71 i received 2 prof lvls -- roughly 1 per every 5 lvls
lvl 8 now, and still waiting for proficiency lvl3 -- i suspect the lvls are upped based on the amount of hits rather than the amount of kills
Thats what I think too. Like actually bassed ong how often the item is used as opposed to kill rate. Explains how you get a heal prof

Wanna up your prof......get medium damage and alota life steal
and some high ee armor. Will take a while to kill the mobs, but the click and down arrow combo, then watch tv. Doing so should get the prof to move quicker due to allthe hits required to kill a mob that way. I'm gunna try it when I start playing my sammy again
