2. Hardcore ONLY

How to WIN is simple:
First person to complete 20 Master Quests on one character (Not Guild Points) wins this:

Rare lightning X
Level Req: 35
Spell Damage: 19 to 195
Mana Cost: 77
+46 Strength
+1 to 4 Mana per Kill
