if its through paypal dont worry about it too much man, ring them up and explain the situation, also ring the bank for the same thing... paypal are really good with disputes like this! they will ip trace where the payment was made from, then claim the money back from the people/companies it was used against...

I agree with Andy, call your bank and Paypal right away, they are usually good about it.

One thing to keep in mind for the future is they are NOT federally insured like a bank (FDIC) so try to not keep a lot in the paypal account, transfer out to a bank often as banks are insured if something happens.

Money is a lot safer in a bank account than in paypal unfortunately.

she just knows what im packing down below ;)

nah that pic was taken last saturday, which is like 4 months after a major accident rendering my right arm pretty useless, and was also rather ill! have been for all last week, seem to be better now though :D

dont know too much about federal bank insurance with you guys from across that pond, but it works in a similar way here (you the banking expert now, you tell him :) )

thanks guys :hug: disputed the payments right away on paypal and the called the bank.
Bank said paypal is working on it and the bank canceled my debit card and is issuing a new one so for the next 2-3 weeks i have absolutely no money since im away at college and debit card was my only access to cash but at this point i dont care about that because it means everything is getting straightened out

also i dont keep money in my paypal account it just transfers money from my bank account using my debit card

awesome man, well atleast you are out of shock now, im sure that your parents could send you a pre paid credit card or something that you could use to get food etc in the short term?

well i have unlimited meal plan at my dining hall so im all good there
dont really need money atm since everything is on campus except for parties :D


honestly am quite surprised at how simple everything has went so far in getting this resolved
Also running Malwarebytes twice then AVG to see what turns up
