Muted, Means you have transmuted it
Welled, Means you have have chucked it in the Well Of Evil
Shrined, Mean you have chucked it in the Shrine Of M'urkakakakak (or w.e it is )

muted is when you transmute 2 items using the transmute box ofc.
welled is putting a non magic item into the well/fighting monster and drops item with different stats, sometimes more than 1 item
shrined is when you take a crappy item and throw it in shrin mak something or other to give you a hp boost and i THINK mana as well
