JSP has a graphic request forum. In my old times I used to make sigs for peoples. I was paid very well around 1k for 3-4 sigs.
Ofcourse you need some GFX skills. If you present yourself there with graphic skills and being able to make LS sigs/banner and stuff you can get paid very well.
