Additional Bonuses:High Resists ( 25 + ) Most people prefer to have the resistances in light, fire or cold. Poison is the under dog, not many people buy items for the poison resist stack.
High Life (40 + )
- xx % Requirements (This helps if the armor originally requires a lot of strength, now it reduces the high strength requirements)
2. HelmetsMelee HelmetsMust:Visionary mod (% to Attack rating based on character level)
Strength (10 + ) - Note, strength cannot spawn on helmets like skull helms, etc. Can only spawn on circlets, and tiaras.
2 Sockets
Additional Bonuses:Life (25 +)
All resistances ( 10 + ) - Note, all resistances cannot spawn on helmets like skull helms, etc. Can only spawn on circlets, and tiaras.
Three High Resistances ( 25 + ) - Again, better if the resistances are Cold, Fire, or Lightning. Poison doesn't hurt, just isn't worth as much.
Skills (1-2 ) - Helps if the skill is for a class that is melee.
Caster HelmetsMust:Character Skills ( 2 ) - People tend to like having the helmet with the bonus of + two to the character, but if you have it to a specific tab some may still want it (If it's to a tab that people use like + three to fire skills )
Faster Cast Rate ( 10 + ) - IF it has ten faster cast rate, it CAN still sell, but it WILL sell for much more if it has twenty faster cast rate.
Additional Bonuses:Sockets (1 + ) - Note, worth much more if it has two sockets, unless it has incredible stats.
Mana ( 50 + ) - Note, more useful if the helmet has + two to Sorceress skills.
Strength ( 1+ ) - Any amount would be a great add
Dexterity ( 10 + ) - Good for characters that are trying for max block
Life ( 1 + ) - Any amount is always better than none

Energy (15 + ) - Works better than the + Mana.
Resistances ( 1 + ) - Adds to the value of the item
Druid Only HelmetsMust:Druid Skills ( 2 ) - Likely will not sell for very much if it only has one, but you can give it a shot.
Skills (Nado) - Note, most people aim for + three to Tornado to be godly, but as long as it has + two to Tornado it will sell decently.
Additional Bonuses:Life ( 1 + ) - Any life is a druid's dream :kiss:.
Sockets ( 1 + ) - Even if it's one socket, still nice add .
Faster Hit Recovery ( 10 ) - Great add so druids can meet the Faster Hit Recovery break point .
Skills On A Specific Tab ( 2 + ) - This is only needed if the helmet has only +2 to Tornado. Preferably the skill twister or hurricane.
Barbarian Only HelmetsMust:Barbarian Skills ( 2 )
Skills On A Specific Tab ( 3 ) - Needs to have + three to battle orders.
Additional Bonuses:Sockets ( 1 + ) - People like having two sockets, but one is still fine.
Life ( 1 + ) - People love the little bit of extra life, I mean who doesn't?
3. AmuletsCaster AmuletsMust:Skills ( 1 + ) - Note two is always better than one

Faster Cast Rate ( 10 ) - Needed on the amulet, or it is likely not worth much of anything.
Additional Bonuses:Strength or Dexterity ( 20 + Combined Stats if only one skill, if has two skills any stats would be good ) - Increases the price dramatically.
Mana ( 60 + ) - Good if there is any mana, but people will pay a LOT higher for higher mana, great for energy shield sorceresses.
Life ( 1 + ) - Any amount of life always helps the value of the item.
Resistances ( 1 + ) - Amazing add for any character. Again, the higher the better.
Melee AmuletsMust:Skills ( 1 + ) - Note two is always better than one.
Strength ( 15 + ) - More the better once again.
Dexterity ( 15 + ) - More the better once again.
Additional Bonuses: Life ( 30 + ) - Any amount of life always help.
Resistances ( 15 + ) - Amazing add for any character. Again, the higher the better.
- Note, if you have one of the stats; strength or dexterity, you do NOT need the other one.
Example; If you had 15 strength on the amulet, it does NOT need dexterity to make it good.
4. RingsCaster RingsMust:Faster Cast Rate ( 10 )
Strength Or Dexterity ( 8 + ) - Note it must have at least one of those, strength or dexterity, does not NEED both, but if it has both, great
Additional Bonuses: Life - Note any life is better than no life and changes the value of the item.
Mana - Note any mana changes the value of the item depending on the buyer.
Attack Rating ( 50 + ) - This does not change the value of the item as much compared to life and mana, but if it's on there, it's a nice add to the right buyer.
Melee RingsMust:Strength or Dexterity ( 15 + ) - Note if it has both, it will sell even better, as it's rare to have a nice ring with both the stats that people love :wub:. If it has both, both should equal around 15 stats combined.
Attack Rating ( 80 + )
Additional Bonuses:Life - Note people prefer high life on these rings.
Faster Cast Rate - Not a great need at all, but say for instance if it was on there, someone who might be making a teleporting bowzon might fall in love with the faster cast rate and it might be their dream ring :P.
Resistances - Will help the price on the item.
5. WeaponsSorceress WeaponsMust:Skills ( +2 Sorceress Skills )
Faster Cast Rate ( 10 + ) - Note twenty percent is worth more.
Skills On A Specific Tab ( 2 + ) - Example:+ three to Fire Ball.
Additional Bonuses:Skills ( +1 or more to another specific skill) - Note worth more if it is the same skill tab as the other skills.
Mana ( 1 + ) - Any mana would be a great add.
Life ( 1 + ) - Any life would be a good add.
Melee Weapons (Non Class Specific )Must:Increased Attack Speed ( 40 )
Damage ( 150 + )
Fools Mod - Attack Rating per level.

Faster Cast Rate ( 10 + ) - Note if it has this and the above requirements, you have just won the jackpot. Will sell for... LOTS of forum gold
Assassin Caster Weapons ( Class Specific )Must:Assassin Skills ( 2 )
Skills On A Specific Tab ( 3 ) - Example: + three to Lightning Sentry, or + three to Wake of Fire. Etc.
Additional Bonuses:Sockets ( 2 ) - Worth much more if it has 2 sockets, but still has value if only one socket

Different Skills On A Specific Tab ( 1 + ) - Preferably to the same kind of trap. Example: + three To Lightning Sentry, and + two to Death Web.
Increased Attack Speed ( 10 + ) - Worth most if it has forty Increased Attack Speed, but still has value if it is lower.
Strength ( 1 + ) - Note any strength helps.
Assassin Melee Weapons ( Class Specific )Must:Assassin Skills ( 2 )
Increased Attack Speed ( 40 )
Damage ( 150 + )
Fools Mod - Attack Rating per level.

Necromancer Caster Weapons ( Class Specific )Must:Necromancer Skills ( 2 )
Skills On A Specific Tab ( 2 + ) - Must have another skill like iron bone spirit.
Skills On A Specific Tab ( 2 + ) - Must be useful skill like bone spirit, bone spear. The skills that necromancers mainly use. Do not NEED this if it has + three skills but is a nice add.
Additional Bonuses:Sockets ( 2 ) - Still worth something if it has one socket, but not worth quite AS much.
Faster Cast Rate ( 10 + ) - Will make some necromancers very happy

Resistances ( 1 + ) - Any resistances help the necromancer
Javazon Weapons ( Class Specific )Must:Amazon Skills ( 2 ) - Note people still don't mind Javelin skills, but amazon skills are worth more.
Javelin And Spear Skills ( 2 + ) - People prefer to have three, but two is fine if it has nice adds.
Increased Attack Speed ( 20 + ) - People prefer forty, but it's hard to get these stats all on the same javelin.
Additional Bonuses:Sockets ( 1 + ) - Note people prefer two, but one is still fine.
- xx % Requirements - Helps for the requirements of the javelins, if it is high.
Replenish Quantity - Helps if you throw your javelins away

Repairs Durability - Helps if it is almost broken, or ethereal.
Bowazon Weapons ( Non Class Specific )Must:Increased Attack Speed ( 40 )
Damage ( 150 + )
Fools Mod - Attack rating per level.
Additional Bonuses:Repairs Durability
Sockets ( 2 ) - Note it's still fine if it has only one. Worth a LOT more if it has two.
6. BeltsMust:Faster Hit Recovery ( 17 + ) - Note not worth very much at all if it's lower than 17. People prefer twenty-four faster hit recovery but some will take seven-teen.
Strength ( 20 + ) - The more, the merrier.
Life ( 35 + ) - The more, the merrier.
Additional Bonuses:Replenish life ( 3 + )
Mana ( 1 + ) - It helps, but wont change the value.
Resistances ( 10 + ) - Note worth more if it has three resistances (Lightning, Fire, Cold).
7. GlovesMust:Increased Attack Speed ( 10 + ) - Note worth more and more preferred if it has twenty increased attack speed.
Strength and Dexterity ( 20 + Combined ) - People prefer having more strength then dexterity, but it's still nice if you have both those stats.
Additional Bonuses:Javelin And Spear Skills - This would make Javazons like the gloves a LOT.
Bow And Crossbow Skills - May attract some bowazons.
Resistances ( 10 + ) - People prefer if it has two or more resistances. For instance they prefer if the gloves had fire resists AND cold resists. Compared to just fire resists. The more resists, the higher the value.
8. Boots (These are very rare, therefore are VERY valuable if you find them )Must:Faster Hit Recovery ( 10 )
Faster Run Walk ( 20 + )
Triple Resistance Without Poison ( Thirty Resist Average or higher ) - Fire, Lightning, Cold Resistances.
OR
Triple Resistance With Poison ( Includes two other resists, with thirty-five + Resist ) - Example: Forty cold resist, thirty-eight lightning resist, and thirty-five poison resist.
OR
Double Resistance Without Poison ( 40 + ) - Example: Forty fire resist, forty-two cold resist.
Additional Bonuses:Mana ( Any would help )
9. ShieldsShields ( Non Class Specific ) - Note, people prefer shields that have a color when they are equipped. Example : A shield with life will be red when equipped.
- Note people prefer bone shields over shields like a hyperion.
Must:Deflection Mod ( Twenty % Increased Blocking, Thirty % Faster Block Rate )
Additional Bonuses:Sockets ( 1 + ) - People prefer two, and that causes a big price change.
Resistances ( Any ) - Any resistances help, but make sure they aren't too low!
Life ( Any ) - This causes the color of the armor to change, causing the value of the item to go up. Red is the most preferred color, but it might not always be red when it is equipped if it has life.
Shields ( Class Specific )Must:Deflection Mod ( Twenty % Increased Blocking, Thirty % Faster Block Rate )
Resistances ( 35 + ) - If it does not have this high of resist, someone MIGHT want it, but it is unlikely, people prefer to use shields like a Herald of Zakarum, or the runeword Spirit.
Additional Bonuses:Sockets ( 1 + ) - The more, the merrier. Worth more if it has more as you can imagine

Life ( 1 + ) - Any helps, but is VERY rare if it has the above stats.
