Well when i get to 71 ill probably stay there for a day or two.
Gonna try and mf enough muteables to make 200+ fg and than i should be at 2k+ which will give me atleast something to work with inorder to buy my 150+ ee level 45 earth im lookin for
than time to save up again to switch my lower level gear out for magician gear so i can climb ultra fast
Ill be doing mqs daily or every other day once i replace my 45 charm and get my lower level gear set to go

Initial observation on proficiency:
from lvl60 to 71 i received 2 prof lvls -- roughly 1 per every 5 lvls

lvl 8 now, and still waiting for proficiency lvl3 -- i suspect the lvls are upped based on the amount of hits rather than the amount of kills

well its based upon how much using it.
if you have to hit a monster 15 times your using it more than if you were to kill a monster with 5 hits

so yea thats prolly how it works, but dunno
