My offer was 400, his BIN was 600. If ~110% EE is worth 400 though I should be able to resell 120% for at least 450.

It's still a LEATHER armor tho

This. Lightest Medium armor so a Guardian would never wear it, and Mages can't wear it. Only one that would ever use it is a Rogue Caster, and they usually go for HM > Int. So me.
