Yea I agree - Cata's are useless for those than can solo. You get people with like level 20 daggers MQ'ing nowadays...

But I guess LS was meant for the larger (poorer) jsp community - and we, as one of the top competitive LS Guilds - have to learn how to welcome new slashers, poor or rich, because this game is no longer who has the most fg, but who has the greatest determination. Catacombs has opened up ladder slasher to many members that really couldn't afford this game before.

I also have to agree with Sene, Rick and KidRitch here, even though I am a constant cata person(especially late levels) but if I had the gear to go solo...I would! I gots no problem doing that because thats where I think its faster, no people whining/leechers etc...and you go at your own pace not at some people pace. And being an avid cata person, I do realize that it is hard to get good games and its also harder to keep a good group together. So being patient, relaxed, calm etc is the key to a good cata day! Oh and all the drops are yours in solo, no having to furiously having to click after each kill!

One day Ill have a sword set-up to go solo!!! *daydreams*

i agree with everyone about this.

I level alot faster solo... much much faster solo.
BUT, anytime any of you need help leveling, need someone to do alot of damage? feel free to pm me to join your catas.

LUCKILY unlike paparick and sene with lpk/lifesteal gear, past level 25, i dont have any mpk gear, so i can cata using same gear as usual.

but anytime someone is stuck somewhere, just let me know.
I can easily do 1-40 in a day.
1-50 if i slash alot
1-71 if i dont have school that day

so i can easily get to your level in 2 days
and help give you that little push to get you to your mq

and i ask ppl that want to cata to get in contact more... guys, use the vent or ts or skype or pm box, or guild note box or the forum or the chat box! just post in here its not enough (and hm.. i think the fastest way to get in contatct to ask to play together when you guys need is via pms (cause most ppl read first and answer first the pms) or the chat box (im saying this for the ones who play catas ofc, seann just said he is available to help and with great gear what makes it easier - in my case i usually have /dnd cause i dont want catas BUT... ok, IF i really had to for someone i would but in this case you guys should pme cause of the /dnd ^^ )

but as i saw here in a lot of posts im not even needed to help in catas, there are a lot of guys that play it looking for other ppl's games, all you guys need to do is get in contact with guildies using the lots of ways we have available and just slash

hehe.. i have to agree that arena>cats. cats are nice for undergeared chars/ ez grinding / quick prof raising.. but how can you deny passing up sexy drops while soloing.. catas rarely drop anything worth keeping.

if i had the gear id always do arena, but i don't. so cats for me!
