Answer is based on what toon you are using... in most cases the answer is this:
Tank = EE weapon / EE armor / weapon sta charm on main slot / ACC slot would be EE heal type
Melee = EE weapon / weapon stat armor / weapon stat charm on main slot / ACC slot would be EE heal type

Now... if you are Hardcore or Softcore... your vitality may change...

The best thing for you to do is simple... read a few guides to get upto date to how to play this game...

If by chance you are having a little bit of a hard time understanding some things... please post up some questions or maybe PM the guide creator.
