Interesting fare last night... Thought I would share the story with you guys before I go to work again in the next half an hour!
Picked up a drunk late 50's man last night. He was like 'Oh the car is beeping at me to put my seatbelt on, screw that, i am the people's champ' to which he kept telling me that he is 'Tony Turnbull DOT COM, don't forget that bit... THE PEOPLE'S CHAMP!' and trying to get me to tell him he was a champ...
Well, Was only a short ride before we reached his house, to which he says 'I am also the guy that doesn't pay his fares' and sprinted out of the car, and fell in to his garden pond... Epic justice... Was like a $5 fare, and was too busy laughing to go collect! Had to victory stroll back to the car and carry on working...
I love it when karma works swiftly
