I'll just say this:
It's a matter of choice, if people want to leave it's their decision and arguing about it won't really change it. If they want to join another guild it's their decision as well, regardless wether you agree with the choice or not.
The only thing that annoys me a bit is seeing items I sold for a cheap price to guildmates being sold again for much more.
But even on that point I have to say, sold is sold and what happens after can't really be changed.

Well said James

I'm not trying to start anything Malte cause you know I

you, but you can't blame anyone for leaving. We just lost 3 members in the past week as well. Sh1t happens =/ I know the major reason I left Laby many moons ago was to save a ton of time. You don't really play anymore Malte but if I can switch from doing 1hr 45min runs to 1hr runs, you bet your ass I'm gonna. Times that by how many climbs you do, thats a shit ton of time in your life that could be used doing things irl, getting more gps, etc. Like Joe for example. Lets say he did 400 climbs in Laby. Thats 42,000 minutes of climbing in Laby compared to 24,000 minutes if he was in UA. And if on vent I'm getting along or having more fun with one guild then my current one, that would also persuade me in asking them if they would allow me to join.
Some people find the perfect home in Laby, some do in UA. Either way don't hate us

I think in most cases it's not really about the decision itself but rather about the way things happened. But yeah everyone has their reasons and no reasons for hate.
I still have to meet a UA member I personally dislike

And my reasons for leaving DS and joining Laby were pretty much the same, just the other way around. I was looking for a more easygoing guild with a family-like feeling, and for that I am happy with seemingly slower climbs.
