Question:

Is dex now directly related to critical hits when using attack charms (solo)?

I seem to crit as if I was a melee character (not very often because my dex is shit on WL).

Just a question.

so hypothetically if this were the case then I need to get my dex on WL up to around 80 to solo?

which means I need to find RARE dex/intel items....great....ugh

This whole solo thing might be out of the question. Might just have to cata again :D
