Im currently:

lvl :50
str: 104
dex: 122

Maybe the answer is obvioust. Maybe it isnt. Ill post the results later.

Results:

Id have to give it to the level 45.

lvl 45- 3-7 high of 10

lvl 50 3-6 high of 8

It seems that the 5% ls is better than the extra base damage and ee. I did have to use 10% ls. 5 wasnt enough.

Currently :

lvl: 53

Added only to dex. Going for 125 dex this time. Im getting better crits.
