Best way to add muscle mass with a gym membership is to also eat protein like it's going out of style. 1g of protein per lb of body mass per day = you will gain weight guaranteed. muscle if you work out, fat if you don't.

Seriously considering parting ways with LS. Just can't scrape the time nor the motivation to play. Been this way for months, not much I can do to convince myself otherwise... that and life is getting busier now too, job is picking up and summer is approaching and all that good stuff that comes along with it.

Question is do I sell out or just let my shit rot. Blahh.....


The other problem is my free time is very limited, and I have other things I prefer to do than sit and click click click. I love playing with friends but once D3 drops, if I get any game time it will be for that most likely, if I even play. Had a blast playing all these years and all the fun times, but I've slowly seen my time to part with LS coming, and I might as well just embrace it for what it is.



Sometimes I wish I was 13 again with no responsibilities. Other times I'm glad I'm not.
