absolutely -- there is no other change made whatsoever

As excited as I was to try out my new charm, with my dagger and armor, I am sorely disappointed. I thought for sure Id be able to get chains of around 10. Boy, was I wrong. Best so far is 8. Average is 5. So sad. You would think by looking at my gear Id be doing better. Jokes on me.
