1. Microsoft sucks, xbox is ok, Bill Gates is a greedy bastard but I don't mind owning his system since Sony seems to be closer to bankrupt than Microsoft.
2. I guess I am a hypocrite, I don't like the company nor the man behind them but I do enjoy the console. Go figure! (I also loved the PS1/2 but I think they dropped the ball some with PS3)
3. Sony was/is a great company, although I think they were in their prime when the PS2 was released and have slowly gone downhill. Hope they prove me wrong and rebound.
4. The first guy on the new user request is banned and has been there forever, don't touch him. I have been monitoring the rest of their posts/activity/etc and seeing if they even play, so I kinda am doing something about it.

Hey... I use IE as my browser... guess I am a hypocrit as well.
I am more of a dinosaur... I prefer the old Arcade games compared to Playstation / Xbox or any other gaming machines.... it took me over 7 months
to even enjoy playing PS games (SF2, Tekken etc) and even comp games were a challenge... yes I am showing my age...

Won't touch any of the requests... only ones would be ppl that I know...

I also liked the older arcade games too, loved playing Mortal Kombat / Street Fighter / Tekken series at the arcade a lot, also games like Gauntlet and the like were very fun.

Probably one of my more favorite consoles was the N64 even though the controllers sucked, games like Super Smash Brothers and Zelda Ocarnia of Time were epic classics.



As far as Micro$haft is concerned, we can hate all we want but it's often difficult to NOT use one of their products somehow, whether it is for entertainment/gaming, work/productivity, operating systems or software, or even on the newer smartphones. One of those love/hate type relationships.


And as far as the pending users go, not a single one have PM'd me (nor Nev or he would have let me know) so they aren't super serious about joining, the ones that DO pm me I take very seriously and usually allow them in, but one or two of the recent guys have not even played LS so I am a bit lazy on researching them lately. (or I'm busy, could be taken either way)




Hmm, interesting indeed. Well, if they don't at least put the communication effort in, I'd say sorry but... ya know.

ha well after spending all day trying to figure out why battlefield 3 wouldnt work for me online]
i figured out its because EA banned me from all their games online because i used a glitch that was their own fault on Fifa 12

so now im debating creating a new account or if i can survive the rest of my life without playing an EA game online

So apparently I have two xbl gamertags and logins to the site... this mishap all started when they went from the normal email logins to requiring you to have an actual MS Live account (live.com, yahoo, hotmail, etc)

Talked to a support rep and they don't delete gamertags or let you delete your own, which is pretty silly.

Would cost me 1600MS to change the name of the "dummy" account and change the name of my "main" account to that, because the "dummy" is jlhromeo and the "main" is jlhr0me0

All that and the support rep can't even guarantee it will work, all she could say is one person she talked to tried it and it didnt work but a lady in her office said she had done it before.



So anyway if you want to add me on xbl, add the gamertag jlhr0me0 since I'm not gonna pay 1600MS at a crapshot at fixing it.

If anyone knows any ways around that, my PM box is wide open.
