I feel ya man. A kid in my game was camping and got a 52 or 53 dex lvl 40 plate....2 minutes prior to him camping and grabbing that, he flamed me for grabbing a lvl 30 wellable. He said that I was camping and that was the ONLY drop I had got that whole game!!!!! Not to mention that I had more actions and more damage than anyone in the game.
