Yea, I think it could be beneficial to that guild if someone new took it over (a_hotter_otter maybe?). I realize he's climbed the ranks rather quickly in the past couple weeks!

Thanks Nick. Most people over there are nice, but the bad apples do hurt the group alot when you constantly see society=bm in peoples guild chats. However im done now and choose to move forward.

#1) You PM'd me asking to sell my #1 lvl 30 light + #1 lvl 40 light. You offered a mediocre offer, which might be a fair price, but to me - when something is not for sale, i won't sell it for a mediocre price. I told you however that if i intended to sell them at any point, you would definitely be the first to know, to keep a friendly spirit between us. After a few PMs back and forth between us, over a few weeks i suppose, you grew impatient and kept nagging me, receiving the same answer: that they were not for sale at such time, but i'd let him know if they were. Soon after i got a PM from you, ( which you accidentally meant to send to your friend, not me ) that read something along the lines of " no, he won't sell them to me, fuck that ass hole " .
--- This sure shows your class Nick -- You say how bad mannered I am, though i was friendly, and expressed no hostility, yet you were determined to paint me as an ass hole, because you couldn't get your precious items.

#2) I was thinking of selling my 63 intel, 317 max mana earth charm lvl 50. -- I PM'd you saying that I might sell it if a guildy got his own charm, or offers got nice enough, despite having you already curse me out for not giving you my items. We talked back and forth, and you currently held the t/o on the charm, and about a week went by, where i was still unsure of selling the charm, because a good friend used it daily on his warlock in guild catas. You were relentless, and you saw the item on a friend, and figured you might be able to pull a fast one, by pretending that you were the owner of the charm and you lost it, hoping to buy it for a fraction of the price that you had already offered to me... clearly pathetic, furthermore you attempted to maintain your fake innocence by saying you really thought it was your charm, not the one we had been talking about countless times back and forth, which you were the current leader in a thread for it. I called you a fucking idiot in this case, which is completely warranted considering the circumstances. I also said, if it was an accident, meaning you suffer from severe amnesia, or had the mental capacity of a toddler, than i was sorry for acting in such a way to a simple mistake.
--- Once again, you tried to BM me, and essentially steal an item from under me, and you cannot deny how that looks on your end. If it was an accident, that we are both wrong, and you cannot blame me for reacting to something so blatantly obvious. Here too, you were the instigator, trying to snake my item(s) away from me.

#3) This last ordeal with the lvl 30 light. My friend found an item, which i could use to upgrade my light set, which I, and many of my friends use constantly. I expressed a serious interest in it, though Zach was determined to get as much as he can for it, so since i didn't have the fg, he made the thread. I pleaded for him to stop bumping, and give me time - perhaps i could sell the 179 ee and gain bid-able fg in the thread. I had no such luck at the time, and Zach was intrigued by your offer, and was rightfully tempted, so he allowed the 24 hour d/l to run. Within that 24 hour time frame, Jan offered Zach some items, worth the equivalent of overbidding you. Which was even more tempting to Zach for several reasons, as the charm now stays with me with my nice set, it stays in the guild in general therefore his friends and guildmates were happy, and Zach received items that he wanted, needed, were deemed worth equivalent/more than your offer, and saved him tonnes of time on upgrading his gear. Jan swapped me the 179 ee for the 171/int charm, because we are best friends, and it was a favor for me. There was no intent to BM you at all, we were just trying to prioritize our situation, over your need for the best items in the game.

You act like a civilized angel, until someone doesn't bend over and give you whatever you want, then you are hellbent on tarnishing their reputation, when they've done nothing wrong.

I don't care for all the shit you accuse me of, i don't care about the 'Unfair Topics' - i once thought they were clever when they had a valid achievement attatched to them, but your overall intention is clear in this forum, and you're simply trying to validate your own ego, by attempting to run this forum, and that's what i dislike about you.

You're tried to portray me as an immature, irresponsible BM'er around here, and that's no where near the case, you're simply bitter that even though you can buy enough fg to 'purchase' any item you want, not everybody will allow you to do so.

I know half your guild is reading this and is trying to figure out some immature way to spin this negatively towards me, and i don't care for any response to this.

What i have said here are not a biased opinion from me, but the facts that have unfolded, from our first encounter, to your latest spree of slandering me and my friends, when you have no just cause to do so.

So stop this already -_-
