Just played catas again a little for 5 levels after 3 weeks... and for the first time after the new patch.
Was missing it, but these days its just not possible to play more...

BUT I got to say... those casters really ROCK now!!!

Was just on a mule with 2 ice prof and average arena ml gear, but hitting ALL mobs again and again.
We had hack the horde and it was soooo exciting to see me hitting them with 600-800 suddenly and every life bar went doooown.
With the warm heals and a good group there was hardly any time we ran out of many, just the shamans and a 8 ep wave were hard.

In the past, casters were nothing but healing slaves and unwanted to do damage.
In the future, people might have to pay to have us with them in catas on casters

Was very sad as a pure caster player and mage lover to see it kinda nerfed recently so i started investing into melee gear.
But now we got the option to go casting on arena and catas!!!

I feel so sorry for the people who sold their caster gear when the prices were down lately, this seems to be the revival of cata casting!!!
Im curious to see my master quest gear in catas and especially to see Marie with her sexy blowing winds and that extra proficiencybr>
Shouldnt have revealed that... im afraid that i wont find any sleep tonight but get woken up by screams of excitement

Both could be very nice and we dont have an expert for either of them here yet afaik!!
Suffusencing would increase the effect of fish and glyphs i think, but needs essences.

So you may just end up with doing both in combination

If you need any items as raw material from catacombs to support you just let us know and we flood the vault
