I do this for all people i find bm and it seems to work out.

anyway about the monk catacombing there just isn't enough times you guys cata to make it worth buying a whole staff,ee robe,dex charm set imo it would probly just be eaiser to reclimb to pally for now
besides i doubt in the current sc market ill be able to get what i payd for my gear so im going to lose easily 10k on the resell from what i bought the items for

Let me break things down for you guys... I know everyone is upset, but just read what I have to say and you will realize a few things.

TECHNICALLY he did not scam anyone, there is no "scamming" in LS due to the way the game functions.  All that happened was bad mannered, but not a scam in the eyes of the site rules.

Something drops in the catacombs?  There is a ROLL system and whoever wins the roll wins the item.  End of story.
You send something to someone's vault?  That's a donation.  There is nothing saying they have to return it.  End of story.
You sell something on the market place?  It's gone, no questions asked, no refunds.  End of story.

These rules are set in place to lessen the burden as well as the responsibility on the higher ups.  It is up to YOU to decide what to do with your items and who you play with.  All they are going to say is it was very bad mannered but it was not a scam, and they have to say that because if not, every idiot who lost an item to someone else would cry scammer and make more of a workload for them. 

You learn in time who you can trust, and who you can't, and unfortunately sometimes it takes something like this to learn that lesson.



Whether or not this is fair or correct is not my place to say.  It is this way, and neither you nor I can change it.  The more we bitch and moan about it, the more they will just suspend you until you stop.







It's probably handled on a case by case basis.  Most times you will be instructed to just block the person, but if it is some severe harassment, insults, flames, etc, then you can get in trouble, I have seen it happen.

I'm going around and reporting every spam post now. I expect everyone to get a suspension. Oh wait JSP only suspends people who speak out against terrible people.

For two, at 71+ there are NO side drops
For three, finding a well by yourself can take hours

So unless you do guild onlys, you are fucked, to those people saying "only well with people you trust"

I guess it's impossible to expect decency among people these days.

The dagger was a side drop, so if welled at 71, it would not have existed.

I'm obviously not siding with him, I think its pretty shitty what he did and shows his character flaws, but that's the reality of life;  some people are decent, and some aren't.

Just take pride in knowing that this guild does not harbor those types of people.  You are fairly safe here, for what it's worth. 



For the record, you can also solo well, it's not impossible to do.  You are guaranteed 100% of the drops if you choose to do so.  It's not as much fun and it is more time consuming, but it is an option to those that choose it.
