well, I posted up in the PC forum, and Jeight said around 250.

well 30 dex is max at level 15 so that means you get little worth from the dex... maybe 30-50 fg if it was just dex.

the addition of the vit would be very helpfull if it was a heal charm because then a Guardian (tank) would be able to use it.

vit on its own is pretty much worthless as tanks almost always are made by people with either no gold (new players) or loads of gold (players who want to just try new builds)
so only vit in amounts close to max at the level req is worth much.

having double melee stats on it would have been better.

if it was

Rare ice VI, Spell Damage: 30 to 36, +10 Strength, +23 Dexterity
Req: lvl 15

then 250 sounds right

but with only vit with the dex I think its worth much less.

make a thread and post up for offers and see what you get.

also I raised my opinion of your item for the post to see what others would say and to show that the 250 is way out of the ball park.
I still think its worth 50-75

and just to let you know jieght is not an official price checker so you have to take his quote with a grain of salt.
